France's KLONE Signs With SEASON OF MIST

September 26, 2007

French modern metal act KLONE has inked a deal with Season of Mist. The group's debut album, "All Seeing Eye", will be released in Europe on February 18 and in the U.S. on February 26.

According to a press release, KLONE has a "great following in France and is considered an artier and more subtle form of the new wave of French heavy metal initiated by GOJIRA, whose singer Joe appears as special guest on the album."

The band comments: "We are happy and really motivated about working with Season of Mist because we feel it's the best label to develop KLONE in France and abroad. We saw how they worked with bands like MAYHEM, DAGOBA and THE OLD DEAD TREE and we can't wait for the album to be released! We're quite impatient, as we waited for this moment for a long time now. We've been devoting ourselves to music for a while, and this is only the beginning... We aim to tour as much as possible, and Season of Mist can give us that opportunity. No doubt the release of the album will spread the word about us everywhere, which is really important because we've been working very hard to achieve that. The audience will soon be aware of it! You'll never stop hearing about KLONE!"
